Please note that due to the nature of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule of loss in the event of a cancellation.

Should you need to cancel your reservation:
• 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date: Full refund of deposit minus a 10% administration fee.

• 15-29 days before your scheduled arrival date:
50% of the deposit will be forfeited

• 8-14 days before your scheduled arrival date:
100% of the deposit will be forfeited

• 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival date:
Full tariff will be charged
