*Please note that we have a two (2) night minimum stay on weekends and a three (3) night minimum stay on the following long weekends: Easter, Queen's Birthday and Labour Day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that due to the nature and small size of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule of loss in the event of a
cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
Should you need to cancel your reservation and we cannot resell your room the following terms apply:

60 or more days before your scheduled arrival date----------Full refund of deposit (minus 10% admin fee)

31-59 days before your scheduled arrival date-----------------100% of the deposit will be forfeited
-
30 days or less before your scheduled arrival date------------Full tariff will be charged
Please note that the above penalties ONLY apply if we cannot fill a cancelled room(s). In the event of a cancellation we
will do everything we can to re-sell the room(s), and if successful only a 10% admin fee will apply.
