Can we stay if we are not fully vaccinated for COVIV-19?
No, we require all of our guests to be double vaccinated for COVID-19 and will request proof of vaccination status upon check-in.
How many people can the guesthouse accommodate?
The guesthouse has 7 rooms - we can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests.
Do all of the rooms have private en-suites?
Yes. All of our rooms have private en-suites.
Do any of the rooms have twin beds?
Yes. Two of our rooms can be converted to twin share (i.e. 2 x single beds) upon request.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is normally anytime after 3:30pm, however if your room is ready earlier, we would be happy to text you. Check-out time is 10:30am.
Is dinner available mid-week?
Our chef-prepared dinner is only served on Saturday evenings (March-November). However, we do offer our midweek guests grazing platters (platters must be booked at least three days in advance).
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes. We are licensed but you are welcome to bring your own beverages.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We have a range of beer and local wines for purchase.
Can we bring children?
No. Unfortunately, we do not cater for children under the age of 16. However, children are welcome if you book out the entire guesthouse for an exclusive use booking.
Can we bring pets?
No. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on our property.
Do you have wifi?
Yes. We offer complimentary wifi throughout the Homestead.
Do you cater for dietary restrictions?
As long as we are notified in advance, we can cater for most dietary needs/requirements.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. We can provide gift vouchers for either specific dollar amounts or individual packages. Please contact us directly for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note that due to the nature and small size of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule of loss in the event of a
cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
Should you need to cancel your reservation:
* 60 or more days before your scheduled arrival date----------Full refund of deposit (minus 10% admin fee)
* 31-59 days before your scheduled arrival date-----------------100% of the deposit will be forfeited
* 30 days or less before your scheduled arrival date------------Full tariff will be charged
Please note that the above penalties ONLY apply if we cannot fill a cancelled room(s). In the event of a cancellation we
will do everything we can to re-sell the room(s), and if successful only a 10% admin fee will apply.
COVID Cancellations: If you are unable to travel because you must isolate for COVID related reasons we will transfer your deposit towards a future stay (simply send us proof of your/family member infection from state health service)
