Think spring in a bottle!  This dry Rose features wild raspberry and peachy crumble aromas with textural palate focused from wild yeast and barrel ferment.  It finishes with persistent apricot and strawberry flavours - in the words of James Manners our winemaker - a proper hipster Rose.  Recently awarded  a medal in the 2024 Australian Small Winemakers Show.
