Cancellation Policy

Please note that due to the nature and small size of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule of loss in the event of a cancellation.  Thank you for your understanding.

Should you need to cancel your reservation and we cannot resell your room the following terms apply:

*  60 or more days before your scheduled arrival date----------Full refund of deposit (minus 10% admin fee)

*  31-59 days before your scheduled arrival date-----------------100% of the deposit will be forfeited

*  30 days or less before your scheduled arrival date------------Full tariff will be charged

Please note that the above penalties ONLY apply if we cannot fill a cancelled room(s).  In the event of a cancellation we

will do everything we can to re-sell the room(s), and if successful only a 10% admin fee will apply.
